very good non-wetting and non-sticking of weld sputter
very good separation efficiency perfect protection of substrates and workpieces application such as house paint ready or use product for standard requirements contains "white graphite" |
Description
The application of the boron nitride coating of the type Weld-Sputter-Release BN10 enables the easy and fast removing of weld sputter and other splashes which develop during welding and applying wear-protection layers. In this way mechanical working over again of workpieces can be reduced or prevented almost completely. The ready ready for use product Weld-Sputter-Release BN10 can be applied like a commercial wall paint by spraying or brushing, if necessray a dilution with distilled water is possible. As concentrate for highest requirements Weld-Sputter-Release BN25 is available. A quick drying version is the product Boron-Nitride-Coating Grade E on the basis of ethanol. The surfaces which can be
coated should be clean, dry and free of dust,
dergrease prior to application.
Weld-Sputter-Release BN10 must be protected against frost. A storage temperature of >5°C (>41°F) is recommended. The containers should be kept closed. Weld-Sputter-Release BN10 is available in 1kg and 6kg-containers. Weld-Sputter-Release BN10 contains water and is free of solvents. According to data available to us Weld-Sputter-Release BN10 is a non-hazardous preparation. An EC material safety data sheet is available. |
