high temperature release and lubricating agent
produces non-wetting surfaces for metal melts such as aluminium and magnesium, zinc and lead for pressing and high pressure sintering of hard metal powders quick drying formulation contains "white graphite" |
Description
Boron-Nitride-Coating Grade E is a secial coating on the basis of boron nitride and ethanol. This coating shows a very good non-wetting behaviour against many metal melts (like Al, Mg, Zn and Pb). Dies, mould, thermocouples, etc. can be coated with Boron-Nitride-Coating Grade E. The outstanding high temperature lubricating qualities enable a good release of castings from moulds and effectively prevent sticking of melts. Short drying times provide a fast and smooth application. Resuspend or shake
Boron-Nitride-Coating Grade E prior to use. Dilute with
ethanol if necessary.
Keep container tightly closed and store product in a well ventilated and cool place. Boron-Nitride-Coating Grade E is available in containers of 1000ml. Boron-Nitride-Coating Grade
E contains ethanol (ethyl alcohol) and is labelled highly flammable.
Use in well ventilated areas only. An EC
material
safety data sheet is available.
